That is why we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help progress our mission of creating a client-centered design experience through a process of collaboration.

 

What We’re Looking For: 

We are currently seeking to grow our team to accommodate an expanding workload which includes commercial, residential, education, government, and civic projects across Montana and the Northwest Region. Our goal is to find anexperienced Architectural Project Manager who is self-motivated, efficient, communicative, and wants to work on varying project types. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in commercial architectural practice with management experience in all phases of a project through post-occupancy.Licensure is preferred, but not required with applicable experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this position. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other members of the office to explore and develop design concepts that respond to client objectives.
  • Prepare 3D models (utilizing Revit) throughout the design process as a tool in visualizing and presenting design concepts.
  • Lead the team in the preparation of construction documents and ensure the project progresses in accordance with schedule commitments.
  • Provide quality control to ensure the project is in conformance with building codes and consistent with office standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Assist in resolving complex technical and design issues.
  • Coordination with consultants to ensure a complete & accurate set of documents.
  • Effective time management and accuracy of documents.
  • Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of our projects.
  • Work with state and local agencies and contractors through the building process.
  • Dedication to junior staff development.

Desired Skills and Traits

  • All work in the office is done using Revit and having a high level of proficiency with this software is an important skill to possess (*or be extremely dedicated to learning.)
  • Experience with additional programs including Autocad, Sketchup, and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Ability to prepare a full set of construction documents.
  • Knowledge of project specifications.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of building codes and experience with agency processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Resourceful and willing to bring and share new ideas.
  • Interest in growing individual talents with project experience, continuing education, and career growth.
