Opportunity Bank Administration Building

Project overview

The facility was designed to accommodate bank operations and training for the growing Opportunity Bank of Montana. Separate office suites were created for five divisions of the business operations. The building also includes shared conference and break rooms. A multimedia classroom is designed for employee training and can be rented to outside organizations for events.

Process

The project team worked through a programming process with the bank management and department leaders to establish the required spaces, adjacencies, and functions. The Contractor provided periodic cost estimating throughout the design process to keep the project on budget.

Outcome

Built on a redeveloped former shopping mall site, the facility is a welcome enhancement to a primary corridor into Helena. The building provides the Owner with functional and flexible workspaces for current and future operations and training needs. A true team effort during design and construction got the building constructed on schedule and within the original budget.
