Opportunity Bank redeveloped a former restaurant site on Main Street to provide Billings Heights with a drive through branch location. The branch required a customer lobby, teller line, drive through lanes, and offices for the bank administration. The location maximizes the site for the banks use.
Dick Anderson Construction was brought into the planning process to coordinate the demolition of the existing building, prepare the site for a new building, provide cost estimating and value engineering during the design of the new building.
The Element Group developed the interior design and collaborated with Opportunity Bank and CWG to develop the exterior building design to reflect the company’s brand.
The one-story building includes a drive-up window, outdoor ATM, and large windows to provide ample natural light. The finished space centers around the customer and employee experience. Each element of the design was meant to make the space light and inviting. Offices are separated from the lobby with a glass partition and door system, providing both transparency and acoustic privacy. Interior light is enhanced with tall windows and glass office partitions to bring natural, daylight into the building’s lobby. The building is oriented to face Main Street with a glazed feature wall displaying Opportunity Bank’s branding color and logo.
